This tool is designed to assist farmers and agricultural advisors in analysing the financial implications and potential benefits of integrating various DATSs into their farming operations.

This tool supports the digital recording of daily farming practices (Irrigations, Sprays, Harvests and Fertilizations) and automates the calculation of useful performance indicators. It supports the comparison of performance among different parcels and cultivation periods associating the results with the use of DATS.

This tool aims to support mainly farm advisors on the selection of the most appropriate DATS under given set of conditions, building on a combination of scientific methods (Strategic Fit, Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD)). The key offered feature is that addresses the lack of knowledge and evidence regarding their (direct and indirect) actual benefits and costs.

This tool aims to bridge the gap in data gathering with low spatial and temporal granularity at regional level by integrating and calculating performance metrics that reflect the implementation and monitoring of relevant policies (CAP national strategic plans, Green Deal objective). Currently it integrates and renders on a regional (LAU or Commune) level data derived from anonymized and aggregated in-situ information from selected Quantifarm test cases.
